Clean room with a comfortable bed and nice toiletries provided. The fridge was quiet, and having a kettle for tea was a great touch. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. They offered a box lunch since I had to leave early for my flight, which I appreciated. the walls were thin. I could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms and noise from the street, making it tough to sleep. The location was decent, but a bit of a trek uphill from the metro station liked to the city center. The air conditioning unit did not function properly, so the room was quite cold at times. Would have loved better soundproofing for a more restful night.

Charming stay with a balcony view
The cozy room boasted a charming small balcony, well-equipped with strong AC and helpful amenities like a kettle for the perfect morning coffee. The location was fantastic, close to Anjos metro and many delightful restaurants.
The bathroom was small and slightly cramped. Some issues, like street noise, impacted my sleep, especially without earplugs. A breakfast option would have made the stay even better.

The clean bathrooms were nice, but the AC was broken and noisy.

The neighborhood feels quite residential and can be a bit isolated, making late-night strolls a tad uncomfortable. The twin room was cramped, making it challenging to move around, especially with two beds in a tight space. I faced issues with connectivity. the internet broke down, disrupting plans, and despite notifying them, there was no prompt fix. It’s also evident that the breakfast timing is restrictive, I missed it due to early excursions—an earlier option would have made a big difference. while the facility is decent, some upgrades in service and room layout could elevate the experience.

clean bathrooms, modern decor, convenient subway access
Why on earth is there no mini fridge in the room? !!! A little convenience would go a long way!!! The noise levels from the street disturb the peace that was promised. Would appreciate a better soundproofing solution!!!

Comfortable stay with fantastic staff assistance
I had a lovely time during my stay, as the rooms were well-equipped and comfortable with nice little touches like free snacks and water. The staff made my experience even better. they allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout, which really helped me enjoy my last day. the noise from the street was a bit disruptive during the night, so that could use some improvement.
